[vtk-developers] Can't install current git VTK. metaIOConfig.h vs VTK_USE_METAIO off?

Looks like a simple issue to fix, metaIOConfig.h was removed from
Utilities but it still appears in Utilities/CMakeLists.txt.  I've cc'd Brad.
