[vtk-developers] Can't install current git VTK. metaIOConfig.h vs VTK_USE_METAIO off?

Hi all,

I think there has been a recent change that has caused 'make install' to
fail for me... I'm getting:

CMake Error at Utilities/cmake_install.cmake:31 (FILE):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/Volumes/Leopard/Users/sean/kitware/VTK/Utilities/metaIOConfig.h".
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  cmake_install.cmake:163 (INCLUDE)

Indeed that file is not there.  My "VTK_USE_METAIO" is set to off.  I'm
retrying with it ON now...
