[vtk-developers] build error: error: vtkGraphLayoutView.h: No such file or directory with VTK_USE_VIEWS off

Hi Sean,

I added that test last week. That test does not require vtkGraphLayoutView.h
anymore. Looks like on our dashboards it did pass.

I will see if I can still fix it before the release.
