[vtk-developers] build error: error: vtkGraphLayoutView.h: No such file or directory with VTK_USE_VIEWS off

Hi all,

There seems to be a recently introduced compile error, one of our
dashboards has been red for some days.

/VTK/Infovis/Testing/Cxx/TestCollapseVerticesByArray.cxx:24:32: error:
vtkGraphLayoutView.h: No such file or directory

I think this is because VTK_USE_VIEWS is OFF, and vtkGraphLayoutView.h
is in /Views.
