[vtk-developers] ANN: Merging in updated wrapping branch into VTK master tomorrow

I discovered problems these changes introduce with the ParaView
client-server wrapping, and so we will have to delay merging these changes
in until they can be resolved. Please feel free to resume committing if you
were holding off on anything for us.
