[vtk-developers] Possible problem with incremental rebuilds in VTK wrapping (Win64)

I agree, it looks like a funky dependency issue where the instantiators are
included in a header but not built during the first pass. I would guess that
later in the first pass they do get generated and then built in the second?
I don't know where all of this magic occurs though.
