[vtk-developers] Commit prefix missing on git checkins

I have found them useful, on occasion.  When one of our dashboards turns
red, I sometimes look through commits since the last dashboard to try
and guestimate which commit caused the failures.  The STYLE tag lets me
just ignore such commits.

IMHO, that one, at least, is surely worth keeping.
