How have you set up your script?  Experimental vs Nightly is something
that you have control over.  See:

For some reason though, your submission doesn't have a little 'notes'
icon next to it.  Not sure why that is.

They are really failing, but its probably because of your setup, as Berk
explained.

It can take a little while to get a new dashboard stable.

Exactly.  You need to get down to about 0 failing tests before working
on your own changes.  I've never got down to 0 personally, there are
some tests that fail on some GPUs, for some reason.
