[vtk-developers] vtkSphericalTransform documentation error (bug 9396) patch

Here is a patch for http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=9396

Is this the format these things should be in? I saw this
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK_Patch_Procedure but it looks like that is for if
you have CVS access and you can "try" your code on the dashboard before
requesting a merge with the release branch? I was actually quite unclear as
to what it said haha.
