[vtk-developers] License: Qt stuff in VTK

Hi Berk,

Currently I'm using Qt 4.5 with VTK 5.4 branch with success. In addition,
I'm using VTKEdge too. Of course, that's not a complete valid test, but can
tell this migration probably will be smooth.
