[vtk-developers] The VTK dashboard is far from green.

Hello VTK Developers,

When you apply some changes, look at the dashboard the day after (and
the few days after) your changes and look for any mistake. Don't wait
for an email from CDash.

If you are able to find time to contribute code to VTK, you have to
find time to fix the dashboard as well. If you don't find time to do
both, just hold any commit.

Here is a list of issues that happen on almost all builds, per author:
