[vtk-developers] cvs suggestion

Is there a way for the CVS server to give feedback about the time of
the commit? For example, last night (after 8pm EST, the close for the
day) I committed a fix to a warning I had produced during the day. It
would have been nice to see:

"The dashboard is closed for the day (it closes at 8pm EST). Your
changes will not take effect until tomorrow night's dashboard."

This would be helpful for people who don't know the schedule, as well
as serve as a nice reminder for people who do.
