[vtk-developers] bug 8513, updating freetype; need Windows dev to help

Hi all,

VTK includes freetype 2.3.7 and the current is 2.3.11.  I have it ready
to commit, but before I can I need someone to build it on windows and
generate a list of externally visible entry points.  The process is
explained in detail here:

Utilities/vtkfreetype/include/vtk_freetype_mangle.h

I've put a zip of my new vtkfreetype folder here, for any volunteer that
wants to build it.

All I need is the output of 'nm' (or however one does the Windows equivalent).
