[vtk-developers] VTK on Mac OS X: Carbon vs Cocoa, change of default

Unless somebody responds raising an objection in the very near future (like
today or tomorrow), I'd say this is a reasonable change to make in CVS HEAD
of VTK.

Sean, you may also want to send mail to the ParaView and ITK developers
lists just to notify them. ParaView is arguably VTK's "most visible" client
and it may need to set VTK_USE_CARBON explicitly in its CMakeLists.txt file
after your change.

Does Qt integration with VTK on the Mac require VTK_USE_CARBON...? Or can
you use Qt with either vtkRenderWindow...?

Unless somebody objects, go for it, Sean.

Thanks,
David
