Hi Dean,

I think the CVS tag you're looking for is 
"VTK-Executives-merge-pre".  This tag was added just before the 
pipeline was changed.  The "VTK-Executives-merge-post" tag was made 
on Sept. 29, 2004, so the "VTK-Executives-merge-pre" was probably 
made shortly before then.
