[vtk-developers] cvs branch ques.

I have some older applications that depend on
VTK just prior to the full implementation of the new
executive pipeline, approximately 2 yrs. 1 month
ago around the time when Ken was adding 
vtkCollectionSimpleIterator to a number of classes.
I lost the cvs checkout that corresponds to this
snapshot of VTK and I don't want to upgrade everything
to catch up to VTK 5.  Is there a cvs branch tag I can use 
to checkout VTK around that time?  If there are
a number of tags, can someone provide the dates 
associated with them so I can select the right one
for my needs?
