[vtk-developers] cmake test image - how? + vtkImagePlaneWidget rev.

Hi Dean,

The new regression test image is now created in your 
VTKBin/Testing/Temporary directory instead of in VTKData/Baseline 
dir.  This is also the directory where difference images for failed 
regression tests are placed.
