[vtk-developers] vtk cvs and vfw.dll

 From poking around on the web, it looks like vfw32.lib points to 
MSVFW32.dll, AVIFIL32.dll, and AVICAP32.dll (all three of which exist 
on my system); it also looks like vfw32.dll does not exist.
