[vtk-developers] vtk cvs and vfw.dll

This is intentional and happened because vtkAVIWriter was added to IO 
yesterday...

Should we perhaps exclude vtkAVIWriter if VTK_USE_VIDEO_FOR_WINDOWS is OFF?

Thoughts?
