[vtk-developers] vtk cvs and vfw.dll

today's cvs generates (using cmake 2.0.6) VTKIO.DLL dependant from 
VFW32.DLL even if VTK_USE_VIDEO_FOR_WINDOWS is OFF.
It avoid the entire use of VTK libraries.
