[vtk-developers] PV corner axes widget for VTK?

I have no objections as long as:

1. they are cleaned up (they might not be up to VTK standards as far as
documentation goes)
2. ParaView can use them without too much effort
3. Ah, they probably should renamed :-) No need for PV
