[vtk-developers] Dual Monitor Display

Hi,

Some graphics cards/drivers do not support OpenGL on second monitor,
some partially support it, and some want you to start program on the
second monitor in order for OpenGL on that monitor to work.

Please try another openGL program and verify that that one works/does
not work.
