Folks,

I've added changes to SystemInformation to create a Dart Notes file that
shows up next to the Bulld Name on the Dashboard. This Notes file includes
the contents of several informative build dependent files such as:
CMakeCache.txt
vtkConfigure.h
vtkToolkits.h
...

We been doing this for itk for over a year and people find it useful.

If there are no objections, I'll check in the changes later today,
