[vtk-developers] Double Changes

Hello everyone,

I've changed the volume rendering classes to have a double API on the 
public methods. Internally these classes still use float in many places so 
using very large spacing / origin will still cause you problems, but these 
fixes can now be made in the future without further API changes.
