I've changed the volume rendering classes to have a double API on the

public methods. Internally these classes still use float in many places

so using very large spacing / origin will still cause you problems, but

these fixes can now be made in the future without further API changes.

complete. I'm sure there are some cleanup issues I'll address in the next

few days and the implementations may still have quite a few floats in

them. But the API itself I'm done with for now. Hopefully we will branch

the VTK 4.4 interim release next week (before the end of the year). I'll

try to address a couple of the remaining dashboard issues over the next

few days. <br>
