[vtk-developers] FW: Can't run tcl examples

Whenever I run tcl (since I can't remember when), I get this error
message (please see image)

Can anyone tell me the correct fix? 
Tcl version 8.4.2.0
TCLLIBPATH=D:/vtk/wrapping/tcl
  Tried adding various cmake binary directories to libpath, but no real
progress, just more errors with longer stuff about can't get "init.tcl".


Should I go back to tcl 8.2.3 ??
