Hi all,

  It took me a moment this morning to find this class documentation in Doxygen.  It does not follow
the vtkImage* naming convention.  Would some brave soul make a decision to deprecate this class and
move it to vtkImageExtractVOI?  Or perhaps someone could explain why it doesn't follow the naming
convention.
