Hi,

I'm not sure why this is happening but I have
isolated the pb to the section of code in the 
test containing the vtkImageMapToColors filter.
The playback in the test works (without the 
2D output) when this filter is removed from the
pipeline.  Could this be due to recent changes
in vtkImageToImageFilter/vtkImageSource ?
