[vtk-developers] Fixed vtkInteractorStyleTrackball*

hi,

Charl Botha and someone else mentioned a bug in the
vtkInteractorStyleTrackball* code when using LOD actors.  I've fixed
the bug in CVS and it works fine for me.  Please let me know if you
spot something wrong.

I'll try to add a SetDesiredUpdateRate and SetStillUpdateRate to the
vtkTkRenderWidget.py sometime later this week.  This way maybe the
other Python widgets will work well with LOD actors.
