[vtk-developers] Changed vtkHeap::vtkStrDup to vtkHeap::StringDup.

hi,

As part of the inconsistent method name fixes I've been working on I
just changed vtkHeap::vtkStrDup method to vtkHeap::StringDup.  The
only file (in VTK) that used this was vtkVRMLImporter.cxx and I've
changed that as well.  I've commited these chages to CVS.

In case you have other projects that use this method please do note
the change.
