Tried CMake again today, result of install is still doing things like:

 ERROR!!! Unable to find: vtkImageResample.cxx.h
Installing vtkImageSeedConnectivity.cxx.h
 ERROR!!! Unable to find: vtkImageSeedConnectivity.cxx.h
Installing vtkImageSeparableConvolution.cxx.h
 ERROR!!! Unable to find: vtkImageSeparableConvolution.cxx.h
Installing vtkImageShiftScale.cxx.h
 ERROR!!! Unable to find: vtkImageShiftScale.cxx.h
Installing vtkImageShrink3D.cxx.h
 ERROR!!! Unable to find: vtkImageShrink3D.cxx.h
Installing vtkImageSinusoidSource.cxx.h
 ERROR!!! Unable to find: vtkImageSinusoidSource.cxx.h
Installing vtkImageSkeleton2D.cxx.h
 ERROR!!! Unable to find: vtkImageSkeleton2D.cxx.h
Installing vtkImageSobel2D.cxx.h
...
I'm using the cvs version - is that bad?
