[vtk-developers] cmake question

is there a way to turn off link resolution in cmake?  i have my vtk 
distribution on one machine and i want to build on another machine that 
nfs mounts the vtk source directory.  right now, cmake substitutes the 
nfs mount path into all the makefiles.  i just want it to be 
/usr/local/vtk/VTK or whatever and cmake substitutes /nfs/vtk/VTK.  any 
ideas?
