Exactly, the "one" being me (although most of us can do that too), since I
take care of the web on public.kitware.com :).

It seems to me that the changes made to the web site should be reviewed
first, since the pages are loaded very often. I'm sure you are doing things
right, but it's quite easy to break HTML and/or PHP, even if it seems to
work locally on your platform, and we do not have "dashboards" for the web
site. 

Moreover, I've learned to be careful from my previous experience as
"webmaster", and in that matter I think that Kitware is legally responsible
from what is put on the web site for everyone's eyes: if anything goes
wrong I'm not sure the "but it is open to everyone though CVS" argument
would really help :) 

I hope you will agree with me.
I'll put your changes online ASAP, keep doing the good work.
