[vtk-developers] vtkTensorGlyph: added tests.

hi,

Just added a new Python test for the new vtkTensorGlyph code.  Its in
Graphics/Testing/Python/TestTensorGlyph.py.  I committed a new image
in Baseline/Graphics/TestTensorGlyph.png.  I also needed to add a
small (< 1KB) data file (Data/tensors.vtk) for the test.  I've also
updated the CMakeLists.txt file to add this new test.
