[vtk-developers] ImagePlaneWidget and lookup tables

Dean,
I've been using your ImagePlaneWidget class recently. Very nice...

One problem though. I am providing a lookup table and the Widget is mucking with it. My lookup table
hase thousands of entries, not just 256. I have modified the Widget to leave the lut alone if a user
passes one to the Widget. This seems to work great, Would you object to me checking in the changes?
