I am trying to keep things safe, but I don't think adding
tripoint.kitware.com (208.136.18.19) is such a problem and might even be
convenient for those at kitware who don't have an irc client or somesuch.

Now, two questions:
1. Could someone at kitware test this:
   http://dutidad.twi.tudelft.nl/cgi-bin/vtkirc/irc.cgi
2. From which host will the GE VTKers be ircing? (probably their
   proxy/firewall hostname/ip number)

Thanks,
Charl
