Patience.

I just figured out a way to get on to irc (on openprojects) without
having to depend on my ISP.  I'll fine tune my setup when I get the
time and get things going.  Hopefully by next week I'll setup a
channel for VTK.  I'll let you know when its ready.  Please be
patient.
