OK, done.
I've added the MOTD (Message of the day) var.

Just add it to your DartConfig.cmake file.

Example:

SET (MOTD "Due to recent DOS (Denial of Service) attacks the anonymous 
access has been disabled. Please use ftpuser as username and public as 
password to access the files.")

And it will show up in the dashboard, in bold red, right under the blue 
title bar.

You can do it of course locally on the server side (since it might be so 
useful to commit that change :)
