Okay the last log says David Gobbi produced vtkParse.tab.c

backout last set of changes, it was removing the #ifdef'd legacy code
even when the flag was not set

and previous logs indicate that byacc (whatever that is) is better to
use than yacc.

BUG: generate with byacc instead of IRIX yacc, this should clear up problems
