[Viame] create_index.input_list.bat missing from github repository and binary installation.

They have been renamed, although they all still start with
create_index.[index_type].bat, just that the [index_types] have changed.
But I'll clarify that in the documentation page there tomorrow.

I recommend using the project files:
[install]/config/prj-windows/for_images and
[install]/config/prj-windows/for_videos respectively for your particular
input source type (see quick start guide on main page for project file use)
