[Ves] ves question on build up under window

dear friends:
     i am a fresh man to this project VES, and i am working under the 
windows system. it seems there is no tutorial on the INTERNET with 
window and visual studio workrounds. Is there any tutorial or like 
develop guide on window and visual studio(window 8.1 and visual studio 
2013)?
