[Ves] [Kiwiviewer] Interaction in SPN-PNL Brain Atlas dataset

Chris,

In the source code of src/kiwk/vesKiwiViewerApp.cxx there is a function
loadBrainAtlas called for the SPL Atlas file from the function
loadDatasetWithCustomBehavior.  There is currently no way to enable this
for other datasets in the app without modifying the source code.  As
aashish mentioned the features are available in VES, but it will require
modifying the source code to link them to your dataset.  Patches to enable
generic access to the functionality would be welcomed.
