[Ves] [Kiwiviewer] mhd file rendering problem

You can add the code there to check for the extension and create a instance
of the appropriate reader in the code. Whether or not the file fits into
you iPad depends on the file size, and the ipad memory.

Please checkout the current master of VES, we have merged quite a few
branches lately.
