[Tubetk-developers] numexpr and cython

Dear TubeTK developers,

Today I built the latest TubeTK and found the python virtual environment
failed to install numexpr and cython package. Going into the
TubeTk-Build/Temporary/PythongVirtualenv and run "pip install cycthon"
solved the problem.

I"m using opensuse 13.1 64bit.
