Hi,

Two recent changes in TubeTK

1) Now supports gcc 4.7.x compilers - including those on Ubuntu and
the native compiler on Mac OSX Mountain Lion

2) Now REQUIRES Qt 4.7.4.   This is the version of Qt required by
Slicer - so this requirement ensures that we maintain compatibility
with Slicer.

Work in progress: improved vessel extraction application and spatial
graphs capabilities (see Aylward, MICCAI 2005 paper).
