Hi, I have started a branch on the stage for an image to tube CLI called "RegistrationCLI". The eventual objective is to have a nice case study with pretty pictures on the wiki. Pointers to good datasets for this purpose would be appreciated. Otherwise, I will just use the simulation dataset we have. Thanks, Matt
