[Tomviz] TomViz missing tabs Windows 10

Hi,

This is an Intel driver bug if I am not mistaken, I am afraid there isn't
anything we can do about it. We have seen quite a few instances, Intel have
fixed the bug, but some laptops don't seem to get the updates
automatically. Updating your GPU driver should fix it - we rely on OpenGL
from the drivers for our 3D rendering.
