[Tomviz] TomViz missing tabs Windows 10

[Sheraz Gul]

I'm having issues with Tomviz installation on a windows 10 laptop; no tabs
are displayed at all. Please see the screenshot I took. I tried installing
different versions like 1.8 and 1.7.
