[Smtk-developers] Bump boost requirement to 1.60?

Hi all,

In order to generate relative paths for use in SMTK model files, I would like to bump the Boost version we require to 1.60.0 (which is brand new and includes additional boost::filesystem methods for generating relative paths).

Are there any objections?
