Dear Wang Dongping,
When doing an iterative reconstruction from truncated data, the
reconstructed image should be large enough to contain the whole patient,
even if part of it is outside the field-of-view. You can for example check
figure 15 of doi.org/10.1109/TRPMS.2017.2706196. I'm guessing that this is
the issue here.
